On leave in his drought-ridden village to find his daughter a husband, a father becomes mired in the bribery-laced bureaucracy of his local government.
Tired of bureaucratic delays, chauffeur Armaan Ali takes matters into his own hands to save his draught-stricken village. But can he fight the big guns? A mild mannered chauffeur finds that the government in his parched village is giving loans to dig one’s own well. After fudged photographs and bribes, he has no loan amount left to build his well. Aggrieved, he protests by abjuring water.
