The directors of Sasquatch Sunset, a year-in-the-life drama about a family of Bigfoot, visit BFI IMAX to talk about their film.
In the misty forests of North America, a family of Sasquatches, otherwise known as Bigfoot – possibly the last of their enigmatic kind – embark on an absurdist, epic, hilarious, and ultimately poignant journey over the course of one year. These shaggy and noble giants fight for survival as they find themselves on a collision course with the ever-changing world around them.
Executive produced by Ari Aster, and with sublime folky synth music by The Octopus Project, and starring Riley Keough (Mad Max: Fury Road, American Honey) and Academy Award-Nominee Jesse Eisenberg (Zombieland, The Social Network), acclaimed directors David and Nathan Zellner (Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter and Damsel) bring you the greatest Bigfoot story ever told.
